This special Ayurveda Body Type Massage experience is conducted as follows:

First, our in-house Ayurveda doctor (Dr.Harshana Niriella) will analyze your Ayurveda body type (Prakriti or body constitution). During this consultation, the doctor will also provide wellness guidance, food recommendations, and a brief introduction to Ayurveda, including what Ayurveda is and how it helps balance your doshas (energies).

Next, based on your body type, the doctor will prescribe the most suitable oil for you. We use three specific oils designed to balance the three doshas (energies).

Your massage is then performed using the prescribed oil directly from a fresh oil bottle. At the end of the treatment, you will receive:

• The same oil bottle used for your massage to take home

• The doctor’s lecture notes

• A certificate

• Personalized food recommendations

All of these are provided as part of our “Kashi Holistic Harmony Guide.”

Each Body Type Massage session (first visit) includes:

• 30 minutes of doctor consultation

• 60, 90, or 120 minutes of Ayurveda full body massage (Shareera Abhyanga) with the recommended oil
